3-4 large chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken
1 c. salsa
15 oz (1 can) black beans, drained and rinsed
4 oz (1 can) diced green chiles
1 ½ c. shredded (jack) cheese

1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

In place of chili powder, cumin and cayenne powder use 2 1/4 tsp. taco seasoning

Combine everything except cheese in a crock pot. Cook on low for at least 6 hours.
Shred the chicken (this is least messy if you shred it in the crock pot) using a fork.
Add the cheese (you may add more or less than 1 ½ c. if you like) and cook on low for at least 30 minutes longer.
Enjoy in a tortilla with lettuce or with tortilla chips (like a dip).
