Ingredients:  
1 cup small pasta(rotini or shells)
1 cup cooked beans(any kind)
2 large tomatoes
1 onion
1 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1/3 cup fresh parsley
1 red, yellow or green bell pepper-if desired
Dressing:
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta. Combine with beans and chopped vegetables.
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a jar, shake well and pour over salad. Refrigerate until serving.
Better if the salad sits for 2 or 3 hours tossing once or twice but not overnight
