1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 large napa cabbage
1 box soft tofu
1 T. cooking wine
3 T. soy sauce
1 egg
1 T. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mash tofu in a large bowl. Mix with ground pork. Add seasoning one by one and mix well.
Make mixture into 4 large meatballs. Deep fry until brown on surface.
Cut cabbage into large pieces and stir fry in 2 T. of oil until soft. Remove to a large pot and top with meatballs. Add 4 C. soup stock or water and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low and braise for 50 minutes.
