400 g. white glutinous rice dough (ready-mixed)
100 g. sesame seeds
100 g. brown sugar
80 g. unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix the sesame seeds and brown sugar and add the melted butter. Mix well.
2) Divide the dough into small balls, about 2-cm.
3) Make a dent in the middle and fill it with sesame mix. Wrap and seal up nicely.
4) In a pot, put 1 litre of water to boil.
5) Put these Yuanxiao into the water. Wait until it floats to the surface. Put them in a plate.
6) Let them cool....Eat!

Try this yummy tasting recipe. We eat it at the first full moon after Chinese New Year also known as Lantern Festival. My grandmother's Yuanxiao are delicious. The sesame melts in my mouth! Yuanxiao reminds me of happy smiling faces. Start cooking!
