1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak cut into thin strips, 2 T flour, 3/4 t salt, 1/8 t pepper, 2T olive oil, 3/4 C chopped onions, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1 can beef broth, 2 t worchestershire sauce, 1 cup sour cream, 1 1/3 c minute rice, chopped parsley.

Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown quickly in large skillet. Add onions, cook till tender. Stir in soups and worchestershire sauce and rice. Bring to boil, cover, simmer 10 min. Blend in sour cream and parsley.

sirloin can be substituted with any tender cut of meat or even ground beef. Substituted noodles for rice.
