Pork tenderloin
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin in crock pot with salsa and brown sugar. Cook for several hours and then shred.

Warm burrito shell on griddle w/ melted cheese.
Layer: pork, black beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, tomatillo dressing.
