2 1/2-3 cups flour 1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt
1/2 c. water 1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp margarine or butter 1 egg
2 raisins

Mix dry ingredients. Heat water, milk, melted butter 130
degrees, pour into yeast mix with flour, make bread dough
knead 5 minuets, let rest 10 minuets
Lightly grease a cookie sheet, shape a 2 inch piece of dough for the head, 4 walnut sized balls for feet 1 walnut sized ball for a tail. shape remaining dough into a ball for
the body, place feet, head, and tail slightly under body place on cookie sheet, flatten slightly, press raisins into head for eyes, make a mouth cut criscrosses on back of body 1/4 inch deep, cover and let rise 20
minuets
Bake 400 degrees 20-25 minuets
