1 1/2 pounds sausage
18 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cheddar cheese
3 c. garlic and onion flavored croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain. Put in 9x13 pan. Put croutons over sausage. Pour egg mixture over. Bake uncovered until knife comes out clean; 45-50 min. at 325. Let stand 5 min. before cutting.
