2 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. water
2 TBSP vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. cheerios

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat sugar, peanut butter, water, vanilla and egg until well combined. Stir in a mixture of flour, baking soda, salt, oats and chocolate chips. Fold in Cheerios.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.

Bake 13 to 15 minutes until lightly browned around edges. Cool completely and store in Ziploc bags for up to 2 months in the freezer.
