Ingredients:
Apples
butter
marshmallows
cinnamon & sugar

Directions:
Directions:
I used three golden delicious apples, peeled, cored, and sliced.
I used 1/2 cube of butter
I threw in 3 handfuls of mini marshmallows
and generously sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
Cook the butter in a frying pan til it's nice and sizzly. Then put in your apple slices. Add the marshmallows and cinnamon sugar. Cook until the apples are soft and the marshmallows turn into a caramelly sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sophie asked for fried apples yesterday, so I made them for lunch. The marshmallows were sitting on the counter and I thought, "Hmmm.... I bet that would make a great addition." Oh, it certainly did. Fried apples by themselves are lovely, but the marshmallow carmalizes and makes a nice, sticky sauce.
