CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft butter



SECOND LAYER:

40 large or 5 c.mini marshmallows
1 c.creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
4-6 c. Chow Mein Noodles
1/4 c. light cream
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. CRUST: Blend ingredients and press into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. SECOND LAYER: In heavy 3 quart saucepan, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, brown sugar and light cream. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Stir often. Remove from heat and stir in the Chow Mein Noodles. Stir just until coated. Sprinkle the 1/2 c. chocolate chips over crust. Spoon noodle mixture over crust/chocolate chips. Pat even. Cool. Cut into squares.
