2 bunches baby spinach, rinsed, or packaged equivalent
4 c. sliced strawberries


DRESSING:

1/2 c. extra light olive oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 T. sesame seeds
1 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the spinach and strawberries and toss to coat.
