1 box vanilla wafers
96 mini marshmallows
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2 pieces of foil
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Empty the box of vanilla wafers and crush by hand or in a food processor. Add marshmallows, raisins, pecans and Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly.

Take two pieces of foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Divide Nut Roll mixture onto the two sheets of foil and form into a roll or loaf. Wrap foil around Nut Roll and chill for at least 2 hours. Slice and eat.

This recipe has been passed down through my mom's family and is a tradition at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone loves it and it is very easy to make. Take your rings off when you mix it though it is sticky before it chills. Enjoy!
