7-8 medium size potatoes
6-7 boiled eggs, chopped up
2-3 celery stalks, cut up
2-3 dill pickle quarters
Green onion, cut up to your taste
2 T. sour cream
1 T. Ranch dressing
¾ c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done. Allow to cool.
Take skin off potatoes and cut into cubes.
Cut off inside pulp (soft part) of pickles, leaving about ¼ in. attached to skin. Discard the pulp; chop up the skin.
Add eggs.
Add all the vegetables plus sour cream, Ranch dressing and mayo.
