40 Lg. Fresh Mushrooms
2lb. Original Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 lg. red onion
3 whole eggs
3 cups grated cheddar/mozz cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms, pull stems and set them aside. Put mushrooms on a cooksheet, whole side up. Cut up mushroom stems and cook the sausage and onions with them. Drain. Leave it off the heat and throw in two cups of cheese and the eggs. Stir. Fill the mushrooms with the stirred items. Top with the rest of cheese. Bake in oven for 10 min. at 350º.
