1 large head of Cauliflower
1/4 to 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Janes Crazy Mixed up Salt
Fresh cracked pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets. Place in a bowl and toss with Olive oil, Janes salt and pepper. Roast for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning the pieces over about half way through.
