1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
2 eggs
Flour
Salt
Pepper
2 tsp Garlic powder
3 Tbsp. Canola or Veg. Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat
Beat eggs and season with salt and pepper
Lightly coat chicken pieces in egg, then in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder
Brown chicken pieces in skillet, turning to brown all sides
Remove from heat, and sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic powder
Transfer to oven and bake until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
