2lbs. beef cubes (cut in half)
1 10oz. can tomato paste (1 can of water)
12oz. can of beer
15oz. an kidney beans1 large onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
chilli powder & hot sauce to taste
2 cups cheddar chees1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef cubes in large pot (dutch oven) with 2 tbls olive oil (medium heat so you don't burn garlic)
Add garlic and onions, saute till cooked.
Add beer and scrape bottom of pan, add tomato paste and water, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Add kidney beans (do not drain)

Add salt & pepper, chilli powder and hot sauce.
cook 20 minutes more.

Serve in bowls and top with cheddar cheese and sour cream
