3-4 lb bottom round roast
1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle roast with dry onion soup mix; bake in a small roasting pan at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs. or until it reaches internal temp for desired doneness. It can be foil covered for part of the time to avoid dryness. Drippings in pan will provide the juice/gravy as desired.
