1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. hot italian sausage (4 sausages) with casings removed
1/2 lb. chicken breast cooked and shredded
3/4 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups thawed frozen peas
1 lb. pasta
grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

1. Cook (boiling works best) the chicken and shred it. Set aside.

2.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Crumble the sausages into the pan and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the cream and tomato sauce and simmer until thickens, about 5 minutes. Add the peas and shredded chicken and cook for a few minutes until all heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the pasta. Once pasta is cooked and drained completely, add pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
