2 T Minced Garlic
2 T Ketchup
2 T BBQ Sauce
2 T Apricot Preserves (optional)
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Can Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate

2 pounds of pork. (We prefer boneless, thin sliced chops)

Directions:

Microwave the OJ for one minute in the microwave. In a large dish mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork in a 9 by 13 pan. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with Rice and Green Beans. (I like to saute the beans with a little sesame oil, garlic and soy sauce.)

I don't really measure all these ingredients- I just throw them in so these are my best guess. I also sometimes add hot sauce or hot pepper flakes. Cooking is so enjoyable. So is eating!!
