2/3 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
club or soda crackers


FROSTING:

2/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 layer of club crackers (soda crackers work just as well) on a jelly roll pan. Bring to boil sugars, butter and milk. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture over the layer of crackers and then place another layer of crackers on top. (Sort of "sandwich" the mixture.)
FROSTING: Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. Pour/spread over the bars.

As soon as the frosting sets, you may want to cut them. These are best when kept in the refrigerator.
