1 pkg active dry yeast or 2 Tbsp bread machine yeast
1 c warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tblsp oil
2 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, then stir in remaining dough ingredients. Stir vigorously. Allow the dough to rest. Heat oven to 425º. Divide dough in half. On lightly greased pizza pans, pat dough in circle. Spread tomato sauce on each circle and add your favorite pizza toppings. Bake 20-25 minutes.

You can freeze half the dough if you only need one pie. Defrost in the refrigerator the day of use.
