1 C sugar
1 egg
1 C creamy peanut butter
1/2 C semi sweet chocolate chips
2 T peanuts chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º. Combine sugar and egg. Add peanut butter and mix until blended. Using a cookie press, press dough onto a baking sheet or stone about 1 inch apart. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool. Melt chocolate chips in microwave and drizzle over the cookies, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. and let set.
