1 lb carrots, scraped and cut into julienne strips
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Grand Marnier
3 Tbsp chicken stock or broth
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp chopped parsley leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring 3 c water to rolling boil. Add carrots and salt and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, or until tender crisp. Drain carrots
2. Pour the Grand Marnier and stock into pan and cook over high heat for 30 sec. Whisk butter a Tbsp at a time.
3. Return carrots to pan and toss with parsley
