2 8 oz bars cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup green onions finely chopped (including tops)
1 cup peanuts chopped
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
mango cutney

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients, fold in next 4 ingredients and blend by hand until well mixed. Roll cheese mixture into 2 or 3 balls depending on how big you want them to be. Chill cheese balls overnight. Before serving pour mango chutney over top of cheese ball. Serve with crackers.
