3 eggs slightly beaten
1 c. Karo syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9" pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients adding pecans last.
2. Pour into 9" pie plate with pie shell.
3. Bake in oven at 450º for 10 minutes
4. Then reduce heat to 350º and continue baking until a silver knife blade inserted in center of filling comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
