1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. Hershey’s chocolate syrup
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
Mint Frosting:
1/2c. soft butter
1 T. water
3 drops green food coloring
1/2tsp. mint extract
2 c. powdered sugar
Last Layer:
6 T. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
When cooled completely, spread on the mint frosting, made from the next 5 ingredients.
Melt in the microwave the last 2 ingredients. Stir every 30 seconds/it only takes 60 to 90 seconds to melt. Spread on top of mint layer. Let set until firm before cutting.
