Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package lean ground beef (may use ground chicken and pork as well)
½ cup bread crumbs (I use the crusts from bread)
1 can mushroom soup
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup sourcream
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup grated onion
1 Egg
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and let rest while preparing the muffin tins.
Spray muffin tins lightly. Cut the crusts off 12 slices of bread to make them square (I buy sandwich loaves so there is not as much waste). Lightly butter one side of the bread and place buttered side down in muffin tins. Fill bread cups with hamburger mixture and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
These freeze well, and are great for lunch boxes!
