2 large cans of pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
3/4 cup of white sugar
5 tbsp flour
1 1/2 - 2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup of melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put drained pineapple into a buttered casserole dish.
Mix sugar, flour and cheese. Top pineapple with mixture.
Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle with margarine (cover well until moist).
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
