1 lb. hamberger
26 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/4 C. sugar
1 cup water
1--15 oz. container of ricotta cheese
8 oz. cottage sheese
7 oz. mozarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesean cheese
1 egg
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
8 lasagne noodles uncooked

Brown hamberger and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesean, egg, parsley. Spoon 1 cup meat sauce, add half of the noodles, then half of the cheese mixture. Layer again and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
