3 cups strawberries, halved
2 medium bananas, sliced into 1" pieces
1/2 c. orange juice
1 cup vanilla soy milk (such as Silk)
1/3 c. "measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener (such as Splenda)

Directions:

Place strawberries and banana slices on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Freeze 30 minutes.

Place frozen fruit, orange juice, soy milk, and sweetener in a blender; process until smooth.

If you're in a hurry, you can skip the first step of freezing the fruit. The smoothies won't be quite as thick and frosty, but the flavor will still be great.
