1 can Shoe Peg Corn (Jolly Green Giant)
6 pieces celery, chopped fine
1 med. size green pepper, chopped fine
1 green onion, chopped fine
1 T. chopped pimento
1 can LeSeur peas, drained
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar - salt
1/8 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. Mazola oil

Directions:

Mix vegetables & marinate in wine vinegar & salad oil. Chill before serving. Better made at least 24 hr. before serving.
