8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a casserole dish and cover mixture with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven for about half an hour or until the middle is cooked and cheese is browned.
