1 1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Melted Butter or Margarine
1 8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese - softened
1/4 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Milk
1 8oz. Container of Cool Whip - thawed
2 pkgs. (4 serving) Jello Pudding - Chocolate
3 1/2 c. Cold Milk

Combine crumbs, sugar & melted butter. Press into 13"x9" pan; chill 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese with sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in 1/2 the cool whip & spread over crust. Prepare pudding as directed using 3 1/2 c. milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining layer over pudding.
