Halibut, Mahi Mahi or Grouper from Daddy Jack's
Fish Market
Smoky Spicy Southwest Crust from Daddy Jack's
Fish Market
Green Tomatillo Salsa:
3 lbs. tomatillos
1 lb. Roma tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 lb. serrano pepper
1 white onion
3 avacados, diced
1 bunch cilantro
1 T. salt
1 T. lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Rub both sides of fish with Smoky Spicy Southwest Crust. Heat grill as hot as you can get
it. Place the fish on oiled grill, cook 2-3 minutes
on each side. Place grilled fish on warm corn or
flour tortillas with grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Top with Green Tomatillo Salsa

Green Tomatillo Salso:
Mix all salsa ingredients
