1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 T. brown sugar or brown sugar substitute
1 T. cider vinegar
3/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. ground ginger
1/1/2 lbs fully cooked ham steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and ginger. Place ham steaks on a broiling pan. Brush with orange mixture. Bake until hot, about 20 minutes, basing frequently and turning steaks after 10 minutes. cut each steak into wedges.
