1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix cake mix, one egg and butter together for cake crust. Pat into greased 9x13 cake pan. Use mixer to blend cream cheese, 2 eggs,vanilla and powdered sugar. (reserve about 2 tbls powdered sugar for top)
Beat until smooth and pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 min. until light golden brown. Leave in pan and top with the powdered sugar. (This cake is supposed to fall, and be very moist in the middle)
