3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup butter, cutup
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup each: sugar, cocoa
1 Tbsp espresso or instant coffee powder
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Add confectioners' sugar, sugar, cocoa and coffee. Heat, stirring occasionally, until butter and chocolate are melted and mixture is well-mixed. Continue heating while beating with an electric mixer. Beat until chocolate clumps up and sticks to beaters. Slowly beat in whipping cream until fudge is smooth and creamy. Beat in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
