2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp dry mint
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
1/4 cuplemon juice
2 lbs. lean boneless lamb, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks

Directions:

Mix sesame seeds, mint, paprika and salt togeher with mortar and pestle or in electric blender. Mix with liqueur and lemon juice. Measure out 2 Tbsp for basting; save remainder for dipping sauce. Thread lamb on skewers. Grill or broil about 7 inches from heat source for 10 minutes. Turn once and baste with 2 Tbsp sauce during cooking. Serve with reserved sauce.

Marinate meat in sauce if you wish for deeper color and more intense flavor. Serve with rice pilaf and fresh pineapple.
