1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 pkg. artichoke hearts
1/2 # mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp flour
1 pint breakfast cream
1/2# grated Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp sherry wine
red pepper to taste
salt
1lb white crabmeat or shrimp

Combine onions, artichokes, mushrooms, and 4 Tbsp butter in glass dish. Microwave, uncovered, 2-3 minutes on 75% power. Add seafood and parsley - stir. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
In glass bowl, add 4 Tbsp butter for 30 sec.to melt. Stir in flour, cheese, cream, sherry and microwave on High for 2-21/2 minutes until sauce boils and thickens. Stir every 30 sec. Combine with seafood blending well. Mmicrowave on 75% power 4-5 minutes, stirring 1/2 way through.
