1 Cup cold water
1 cup cold milk
4 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour
4 Tbsp previously melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed for 1 minute. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. To make crepes: Rub 6-7" pan lightly with oil. Have pan just ready to smoke. Remove from heat and pour in a scant 1/4 cup of batter. Tilt pan quickly to cover bottom with thin film. Immediately, set pan over heat and cook for 1 minute, turn and cook 1/2 min on other side. Stack between layers of waxed paper.
