1 lb ground beef
3 slices bread, dampened with milk to make crumbly, drain excess milk
2 eggs
2 tsp Italian seasonings
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic, chopped or minced
Onion, chopped or minced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients together. Add bread crumbs if mixture is too wet. Shape meat mixture into balls and place in a large skillet covered with cooking spray or a small amount of oil. Cook on low heat, turning meatballs to brown evenly. Place meatballs in sauce to finish cooking throughout and to absorb your sauce's flavor. You can also serve fully cooked meatballs as meatball sandwiches.
