25 eggs - slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups warm milk
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

Directions:
Slightly beat eggs. Add the warm milk and stir until blended. Add seasoned salt. Melt butter in large oblong pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Stir well, and bake additional 20 minutes.
