1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin (2 large or 3 small)
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon chopped onion or
1 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
1-1/2 teaspoons vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Trim the tenderloins. Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar in glass pan. Marinate pork in the mixture for 2 hours. Grill over high heat to medium doneness.
For Mustard Sauce: Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped onion, dry mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Refrigerate. Serve as condiment for the pork.
