1 can or box (frozen) mixed vegetables
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
1 can Spanish rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can cream-style corn

Brown ground beef with onion and drain fat. Add remain ingredients; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
