1 pound regular (not thick slice) bacon
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bring bacon to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350º. Cut bacon strips in half. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Thoroughly coat the bacon on both sides with the sugar mixture. Place in single layer in foil-lined cookie sheet with sides. Bake until crisp and bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes. Watch closely so the sugar doesn't burn. Transfer to parchment paper to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
