2 cans drained shoepeg corn
2 cans drained small green peas
1 jar drained chopped pimento
1 bell pepper chopped (can use any color)
5 green onions chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, peas, pimento, pepper, and onions. Heat water, vinegar, sugar and oil until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over other ingredients and marinate overnight. Be sure to drain well before serving. Will keep covered in refrigerator for several days.
