1.5 lb tilapia fillets
1/2 c sweet onion, finely chopped
cooking spray
1/4 c mayo
3 T shredded Parmesan cheese
1 t. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450º.

Place fillets in sprayed baking dish. In a small bowl stir together remaining ingredients, spread over fillets. Bake, uncovered, 12 to 15 min or until fish flakes easily.

I use the frozen tilapia fillets. I use olive oil cooking spray, but any cooking spray would do. I also used the chopped frozen onion, I find they are more tender at the end of baking than freshly chopped.
