1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. brown sugar,packed
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
36 mini marshmallows

Directions:

Measure first 4 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make well in center. Combine next 4 ingredients into medium bowl. Add to well. Add next 3 ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

Sprinkle with second amount of chocolate chips. Arrange 3 marshmallows on each muffin. Bake in 375 oven for 18 to 20 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool.
